Refund & Cancellation Policy

§1 What this page covers

This page states, in plain language, how cancellation, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal work for the digital/professional services sold on seo-fast.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

§2 One-time services

(SEO Audit & Roadmap, AI Search Visibility Audit, Technical SEO Sprint, Local SEO Setup, SEO Content Package)

• Cancel free of charge at any point before we've started analysis or production on your order.
• Once analysis or production has started, 50% of the agreed fee is due for the work already committed to your order.
• Delivery follows the turnaround stated on the relevant service page at the time you ordered.

§3 Monthly programmes

(Starter, Growth and Pro SEO Programmes, E-Commerce SEO, Multilingual DE↔EN SEO, and the Local SEO management add-on)

• All monthly programmes carry a minimum term of three months from the first billing date, except the Local SEO management add-on, which carries no minimum term.
• After the minimum term (where one applies), the programme continues on a rolling monthly basis. Cancel any time by giving 14 days' notice, effective at the end of a calendar month.
• We don't charge a cancellation fee for ending a programme correctly under this notice period.

§4 Your statutory right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you are a consumer (acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under EU distance-selling rules.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (seo-fast, Algerting 2, 94474 Vilshofen an der Donau, Germany, support@seo-fast.com, +49 1574 8357302) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model text below, but you don't have to.

Model withdrawal text: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [order reference / service name] — Ordered on: [date] — Name of consumer — Address of consumer — Date."

Important — how this interacts with fast delivery. Several of our services begin quickly once ordered (see the turnaround stated on each service page). If you expressly request that we begin performance during the 14-day withdrawal period, before the period has expired:

• If we have fully performed the service within that period, with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal ends once performance is complete (Section 356(4) BGB). This acknowledgement is a required checkbox at checkout, worded plainly, not buried in fine print.
• If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what was performed up to the point you told us you were withdrawing, compared to the full scope of the contract.

§5 How refunds are handled

Where a refund is due under §2, §3 or §4, we process it using the same payment method you used to order, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of us being informed of your cancellation or withdrawal (or, where applicable, of receiving evidence that a returnable element has been sent back — not applicable here, as no physical goods are sold).

§6 Businesses

If you are a business (Unternehmer, acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity), the statutory right of withdrawal in §4 does not apply to you; §2 and §3 govern cancellation of your order.
