§1 Controller

§2 What we collect, and why

• Contact form — name, email, and optionally company, phone, website and a message. Used solely to answer your enquiry. This site does not run an automatic server-side connection for the contact form: submitting it prepares your message on your own device and offers you a one-click link to send it to support@seo-fast.com by email. Nothing is transmitted to us automatically or stored on a server when you submit the form.
• Checkout — name, company, email, phone, billing address and, optionally, an EU VAT ID. Because payment on this site is a clearly marked demonstration flow, order data is stored only in your browser's local storage (to display your order confirmation) and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. It is not used for any purpose beyond displaying that confirmation to you.
• Cart — the services and variants you've added are stored in your browser's local storage (key seofast.cart.v1) so your cart persists between visits. This is strictly necessary for the site's shopping functionality and is not shared with anyone.
• Server access logs — like any website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical information (IP address, browser type, date/time, requested page) for security and stability. This is standard technical logging, retained only as long as necessary for that purpose, and is not combined with any other data we hold.

§3 Cookies and consent

Two categories of storage run on this site:

• Strictly necessary (always active, no consent required): remembers your cart contents and your cookie choice. The site cannot function without these.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (only with your explicit, opt-in consent, given via the cookie banner): helps us understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. Provided by Google Ireland Limited. If you consent, Google may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States; Google states it relies on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, which reopens the consent manager. No analytics script loads before you actively accept it. §4 Recipients of your data

Beyond the hosting infrastructure that technically serves this website, and Google Analytics (only if you've consented), we do not share your data with any third party. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

§5 Storage duration

Contact-form data exists only on your own device (your browser), never on our servers, per §2. Checkout/order data is likewise stored only in your browser's local storage and persists until you clear it or it expires per the site's normal cache/storage behaviour. Server access logs are retained for the shortest period necessary for security and stability, then deleted.

§6 Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you (Art. 15), have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16), have data erased (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21). To exercise any of these, contact support@seo-fast.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bavaria, the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht).

§7 No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
